Diet
My family has decided to go on a diet. I dont need to loose weight but I should not gaine much more. My parents on the other hand ... well is a diferent story. We have to write down what we eat. It kind of scares me that it 20 years I will be abel to see what I ate on Christmas. If I'm not the only one please please tell me.

It is kind of overwhelming to write down everything you eat. Your comment about looking at it in 20 years made me remember one thing my family did when we were your age. We all wrote down what our favorites were - favorite foods, movies, books, friends, hobbies, relatives, etc. Every five years we went back and looked at the lists and updated them - my mother kept them so we could see our likes/dislikes changed as we grew up. It was actually a lot of fun!
Hi honey! You most certainly do not need to lose weight. With swimming, biking, and now basketball camp ... you're the most athletic person I know!!! As to writing stuff down, that's just a technique/idea that was suggested. Maybe you should only do that for a period of time .. say maybe 1 day each week?

Keeping track of what you eat is a good idea once in awhile. It helps to remind you to eat healthy foods. (I eat too much junk food!)
